If you're reading this blog, then wow- you must be bored. :/
Anyhoo. I'm Camille, 21, an Australian-born Filipino in Sydney. Typical girly girl. My interests are along the right-hand side of this site.

:)

Things that made my day:
  • McDonald's for breakfast
  • Nando's for lunch
  • Magnums again (2 for $4.50 at 7-Eleven)
  • Walking around the city with my gorgeous BF (even though he ate all my lollies without my consent)
  • Finding bird crap on Mike's cardigan after walking through Belmore Park (aka Pigeon central)
  • The interviewee being sooo helpful and kind
  • The bogan man on the train singing Fallin' by Alicia Keys
  • Coming home to find my potplant looking more like a nest around the egg
  • Stuart Little 2. Not as good as the first, but Snowball is still the best character ever. ("Noo! I wish I were the one that was dead!" "Really?" "..No. But I'm feeling very unhappy!")
  • Realising there's no class for 2 weeks! (Sleeping in, w00t!)

Things that weren't very nice:

  • I feel a cold coming on.
  • Not being able to find a table for lunch, and having to come back an hour later.
  • The smartass Indian lady who said 'ex-coose me' as I walked past her, even though I did say that. Open your fucking ears.
  • The 7-Eleven guy digging for gold in his nose. Eww.
  • Craving ribs all day.
  • Realising there's no class for 2 weeks! (I miss my friends already.)

Yeah I'm good with kids! ...NOT.

My little cousin Anthony hates my guts.

I love clean trains.

LOL @ Mike. Love you.

Things That Have Delighted Me Today

  • Classic Magnum
  • Donut King hot dog meal for lunch (hot dog + chocolate milkshake + 2 cinnamon donuts)
  • Finishing my mid-sem exam
  • Finding out the reason why those pesky pigeons are living on my balcony: they think one of my potplants is a nest and there's an egg in there! :)
  • Receiving the new issue of Cosmo in the mail- bonus points for the cover: my girlcrush, Jessica Alba!
  • Looking in the mirror to find most of my pimples gone.. thank you Clinique!
  • The cute little girl who sat near me in the food court. Most adorable little thing ever.

*Yay*

Ahhhhh... the marketing exam is over. But I think I failed. Which isn't really that bad when I think about it- I'm sure half of the class failed with me and the marks will probably be scaled up.
YES! Two weeks of holidays! ...NO! I have assignments to do! Damn it.

The interview for my project went well yesterday, and I have the other interview tomorrow. I think I'm reallllyy lucky getting two interviews- it's lucky enough just to get one. The lady I'll be seeing tomorrow emailed me saying 'take the lift up to the 18th floor, and they will call me when you arrive'. Mad! 18 floors! That's gonna be hella fun. If I have fun going up three floors, my lift ride tomorrow will be awesome. Bwahaha.

Had a classic Magnum today. I think I like those better than the almond (almost typed hazelnut for some reason) ones. Does anyone want the Gold Class upgrade code? I don't think I'll be needing it.. I'm sure you know why.

I applied for uni. I'm hoping to get into Macquarie because it's a good uni and it's close. And there's a shopping centre across the road. LOL, what is it with me and the need to have a shopping centre near my school? I put two UWS courses as my last preferences. I really, really, really don't want to go to UWS, but I have to get into uni next year. Have to.

I can't believe Fall Out Boy played Acer Arena last night. It seems like just yesterday I heard they were coming back to Australia. I'm also impressed that they had shows in Manila. How nice of them. Going to see Paramore next week. I'm excited, but not excited. I don't mind if I'm not in the front row. Just bring on the merch! ;)

Reading myspace bulletins now. 'Search with Yellowcard!' Yes please! Preferably with me on Ryan Key's lap and his hand on mine, guiding the mouse. Clickity click click. I'd hit that.

Back To Blogging

Aaaaand it's good to be back.

Maybe blogging will make me less cranky, as I once again have an outlet for my rage and smartass comments.

Blogger's changed quite a bit since I took my old blog down. For the better though.

Things I Should Be Doing:

  1. Making a start on my marketing plan

  2. Studying for my upcoming mid-sem exam

  3. Finalising my preferences and applying for uni

  4. Writing questions to ask my interviewee for my industry interview
  5. project

Can't do 3 because Mike stole my UAC book (he'll probably say that I forgot to ask for it back, but I say the bitch stole it), but 1, 2 and 3? I'm just lazy.

Saw Superbad on Friday. LOVED IT. Saw Bratz last Wednesday. HATED IT.

Weather was amazing today. 28 degrees is fan-freaking-tastic. Actually, anytime you can wear a shirt or singlet is fan-freaking-tastic. Though I don't know what the hell is going on with my skin. Is exfoliating every couple of days too much?

I'm addicted to playing this Word Scramble game with SmarterChild. For the people going 'WTF?!', SmarterChild is an automated-response bot you can add to your messenger (in my case, MSN) and find info or play games with. If you see me this week, chances are I won't notice you because I'll be too busy staring at my Sidekick trying to figure out what the hell 'OKDIDFHSIUDND' is.

Speaking of my Sidekick- ahhhh. Best phone I have ever owned. It's so handy, and there's so much to do with it. Love it love it love it.

Received a phone call in class today. Apparently some guy from work (who I am not even BFF with or anything) went to a gym, had the chance to refer 10 friends to give them free passes or something, and gave my number. Now, how this person has my number on hand? I have no fucking idea. I guess this work supervisor just decided to keep my number on his mobile for some weird reason. Creeps me out a little. No wait, creeps me out a lot. Anyways! Claudia, the lady who called from the gym, started asking me questions.

Questions the lady asked before I told her to fuck off:

  • Do you exercise? (To which I replied: No.)
  • May I ask why not? (Guess you just did, so I might as well answer. Don't have time.)
  • Are you interested in joining a gym or health club? (No.)
  • If you did join a gym/health club, what would you hope to achieve? (Um.. *long silence* I don't know.)
  • What would you change about yourself- arms, legs, muscle tone? (Uh..nothing really.)

And a couple more questions that smacked of 'I'm assuming you're an ugly lardass, so tell me things you hate about yourself' and 'nothing wrong with your body? Are you sure?' It seemed like Claudia desperately wanted to me find something bad about my body, to make me go to this gym. I told her that I had things to do and couldn't talk anymore, and asked for a number so I could 'call her back'. If anyone feels like prank calling, let me know so I can give you the number.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch. The Idols were at the Children's Hospital last Friday, where my dad works. We were watching Idol and dad was very "I was there that day!" to which I replied "well of course you were." Then Matt Corby was onscreen, and dad said that he (Matt) was standing awkwardly near my dad and his work buddies. Apparently Matt was looking around and smiling, and looking at my dad and his buds like he should be shaking their hands. Dad didn't do anything. Daaaad. Honestly. Matt Corby. He was right there. And you didn't even get me an autograph or anything. Dad. You- not FTW.
